Assess and photograph

Before we touch anything, we photograph the existing conditions. We trace every cable, identify what's active and what's dead, and give you a clear picture of what we're dealing with.

Fix and clean

Dead cables are removed. Failing terminations are remade. Active cables are re-labeled and re-organized. The rack is dressed, documented, and put back in a state that makes sense.

Test and hand over

Re-terminated runs are tested to TIA-568 standard. You receive before-and-after photos, a cable schedule, and documentation of everything that was done - so you know exactly what you have.

How do you handle cables you can't identify?

We trace every cable before removing anything. If we can’t confirm a cable is dead, it stays until we’ve verified it’s inactive. Nothing gets pulled without being checked first.

If we find failing runs during a troubleshooting job, we’ll let you know on the spot. Re-termination is typically sorted at the time of the visit — if full replacement is needed, we’ll quote it clearly before doing any additional work.

Yes. We diagnose wireless dead spots, re-cable or relocate existing access points, and install new AP cable runs where coverage needs to be extended. We handle the physical infrastructure side — your IT team or MSP handles the configuration.
